We offer office and residential building maintenance. Most of our clients need us to come in daily or weekly to maintain and disinfect common areas and keep their spaces looking neat, tidy and inviting. We mostly work with residential buildings, apartments, condos, as well as mixed-use buildings, offices, and public buildings.

We are bonded, insured, and have all required licenses and permits to conduct business.
 

Do you work by the hour or by project?

We work with long-term and short-term contract agreements on a project basis.

What do you charge?
